PRODUCT MANAGER
The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.
THE PRODUCT MANAGER IS EXPECTED TO:
Define the product strategy and roadmap
Deliver Market Requirement Documents and Product Requirement Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Be an expert with respect to the competition
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
Perform product demos to customers
Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
Develop sales tools and collateral
Propose an overall budget to ensure success
Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
Brief press and analysts and go on press tours
Act as a leader within the company
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
3-5 years of experience in a job in the Telecommunications industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
Technical background, with experience in FCMG and Services industry
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Must be able to travel 50% of the time

Demonstrated acumen, research and public relations skills.
Solid organizational skills: ability to function in a complex institutional environment and manage multiple projects under pressure and within established timeframes and deadlines;
Ability to assess, balance, and prioritize competing demands.
Familiarity with the telecommunications sector, services, governmental and public aspects of the environment within which the company operates and
Experience and skills in group and meeting facilitation.

Applicants must possess a B.sc Accounting, MBA, ACA with at least seven (7) years accounting experience 4years of which must be at management level.
Candidates must also possess good analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills, good presentation, good planning, and decision making skills, good people/interpersonal skills and proficiency with MS Word, powerPoint and Excel.
The candidate should not be above 40 years.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the preferred candidates must have the ability to plan and organize efficient work processes and positively influence colleagues.

Candidates must possess a B.Pharm with 3 years relevant experience in a similar function, preferably with a pharmaceutical company, and should not be above 35 years.

He / She should have good analytical and problem solving skills and be able to communicate effectively.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Officer, the preferred candidates must have thorough understanding of granulation process and be able to organize efficient work processes.
Candidates must possess OND in a relevant field with 2 years relevant experience in a similar function, preferably with a pharmaceutical company and should not be above 32 years.
LIQUID FILLING SUPERVISOR (Ota)
Reporting to the Liquid Process Pharmacist, the preferred candidate must have thorough understanding of the Liquid Manufacturing Process and be able to organize efficient work processes.
